From Tiny To Toddling: Watching Little Ones Grow

One of my favorite parts of being a photographer is getting to follow a family’s story through their baby’s first year.

Over the last year, I’ve had the pleasure of photographing little Cade—from his cozy newborn session, all swaddled and snoozing, to his bubbly and bright 3-month photos where he couldn’t stop flashing that gummy smile. By 10 months, he was full of curiosity, crawling toward everything except the camera (of course!), and showing off those chubby cheeks I could photograph forever.

When his first birthday rolled around, we celebrated with cake, balloons, and the most delightful grin. Watching him grow from those tiny newborn snuggles to standing on wobbly legs was such a heartwarming reminder of how quickly this first year flies by, but just how magical it is.

Each session feels like revisiting a new chapter in a family’s story—one filled with laughter, milestones, and a whole lot of love.

If you’re ready to capture your little one’s first-year story, I’d love to help create timeless images your family will treasure forever.
