Family Session at the Fire Department

This session was such a fun one to photograph! A big, multi-group family came together for updated photos—and the best part?

We got to do it at the Eaton Rapids Fire Department!

Between the shiny red trucks, bold doors, and all the gear, it made for such a unique backdrop that perfectly fit this crew’s personality.

We took a mix of big group shots, individual families, and a few candid moments in between. The kids loved exploring the trucks and showing off their firefighter smiles, and the adults were just as playful. It’s always special to capture families who clearly enjoy spending time together—there was no shortage of laughter and inside jokes here!

Sessions like this are a great reminder that family photos don’t have to be traditional to be meaningful. When you pick a location that’s special to your family—whether it’s a fire station, a park, or your own backyard—it adds that personal touch that makes your photos even more memorable.
